Garden Home: Private Home Downtown Durango

This home is well furnished, spacious, excellent floor plan downstairs and up, kept us cool in very hot weather. We love porches and this has one reminiscent of my grandmother's porch in Ohio, wonderful trip back in time. And in a real neigborhood. Loved it.

One of the best short term rentals I have ever stayed in. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedding and linens, very clean and organized. Communication was great. The host offered suggestions for dog friendly restaurants. We felt very at home. We especially loved the finer touches that you don’t get often like lots of outdoor seating, lots of household plants and whole coffee beans with a grinder. Thank you Holly!!!!

The property had a lovely front porch and two additional outside spaces so you could find sun and shade most times of the day depending upon which patio you chose. The location was close to the river and Main Street but not on the highway so it was quiet.

Excellent location, close to town and parks and and an easy forty minutes to Purgatory ski area. Especially the dog park for our pets. House was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and relaxation. Deer grazing outside was definitely a bonus
